through Art
Art can be used as a powerful tool to enhance or assist us in our search for spiritual and emotional fulfilment. When we express ourselves through the use of our hands and body, we can often find that our inner world has meaning and guidance which we were unaware.

Sometimes we can find it hard to express or understand our feelings, or we can often feel that we have done too much ‘talking’ about a particular issue in our lives. When this is the case, art can help us to express our deeper emotions by using colour, shape, form and texture or simply by using words.
You do not need to have any previous knowledge of art to be able to experience this technique. In fact the less you know the better you will be able to express yourself, without restrictions.
Play Therapy and Sand Play
Bring the unconscious to life by creating stories with toys and symbols. This helps you to get in touch with your unconscious motivations. To clearly see what is happening below the surface of any given situation. This is a fun and creative way to go a little deeper. This process is suitable for both adults and children. Each of us has a child within just waiting for the opportunity to come out and play and have a voice.

Dream Work
Dreams are said to be the royal road to the unconscious and I assist you to work with your dreams to understand their meaning. This can be an opening to a very deep understanding of where your life is headed.

Body Focussing
Also known as working with an unclear felt sense, this is an exploration of your body sensations relating to particular topics or issues. The focussing process can:
Access the intelligence of the body
Inform you of unconscious feelings and relationships.
Help link feelings to cognitive understanding
Facilitate energetic shifts

This is a process which is very useful for healing conflicts in the psyche. Sometimes different parts of us have conflicting opinions or points of view about an issue.
